1. ARE THE PRODUCTS 100% ORGANIC OR 100% NATURAL?

Be alarmed by any beauty products labelled as “100% organic” or “100% natural”

There are no industry standards or legal restrictions on the labelling of organic beauty products in Australia.  

For a product to be truly 100% organic and natural, it would also have to be free of preservatives. Unfortunately, this means that a product would go off quickly which will do more harm than good to our skin.

At Glow Picks we instead we curate HARSH FREE products that use combination of GOOD & SAFE chemicals as well as effective natural ingredients.

2. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Glow Picks offers free Australia standard shipping on any purchases of $80 and over. For orders less than $80, there is a flat delivery fee of $8.95.

3. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. Glow Picks accepts 14 day returns for products that are deemed damaged or have caused you skin irritations with the exceptions to those listed below.

Please also note that single use products (such as samples, sample kits, sheet masks and rubber masks) are not returnable. Subscription Boxes, Special Gift Sets and Routine Sets are not returnable. Cushion compacts and makeup items are also not eligible for returns.

4. WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS SOLD BY GLOW PICKS SOURCED FROM?

We works directly with our partner brands in Korea or a verified / licensed dealers in Korea. We do not resell products from any unverified 3rd party sources. We believe this is critical to be able to provide you with authentic, pristine, recently produced products. 

 

5. WHY DO YOU ONLY CARRY FEW PRODUCT LINES FOR SOME BRANDS NOT EXTENSIVE PRODUCT RANGE?

Glow Picks don't rely on brands, instead we rely on ingredients list of a particular product. Yes, some brands generally offer harsh-free products which is supported by their ingredients list like Swanicoco, Silk Crystal, SanDaWha, HYGGEE and Like Dew.

However, some brands manufacture only few of their items to be harsh free. In these instances we only curate the items that are truly harsh free. This is why you will find that for some brands we don't offer wide range of products.

 

6. DOES PACKAGING HAVE ENGLISH INTERPRETATIONS?

Some products do have comprehensive English interpretations on the packaging itself but some don't. However, our website discloses full ingredients list under the product page as well as detailed directions of use.

 7. WHERE CAN I FIND THE PRODUCT EXPIRY DATE?

The majority of Korean brands mark the date of production on packaging, instead of expiry dates on their packaging. Products generally have a shelf life of 2-3 years so don’t be alarmed if you receive a product labelled with a date prior to the date you bought the product,

Some brands show expiry date instead of manufacturing date which is usually located on the bottom of the product marked with "EXP"

All products sold by Glow Picks are carefully inspected for production/ expiry dates before shipping.
