Address cannot be changed once order has been shipped.
Re-delivery fee will apply if your package is returned to us for wrong/invalid address or item is not collected.
In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, we will do our best to assist with the matter. However, Glow Picks will not be liable for any replacement or refund.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
We will send you an email with the tracking details once the order has shipped and you can track the progress of your order.
If you are not at home to receive the parcel:
Australia Post will EITHER
1) leave a card for you to pick up the parcel at your nearest post office OR
2) if the premise is deemed to be safe and will leave a card to indicate where they have left the parcel at your premise.
Australia Post will take a photo as evidence of completion of safe delivery. Once delivery is completed (Australia Post status says “Delivered”) any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer, Glow Picks is not liable for any losses or damages that may occur. We are now shipping to U.S and selected parts of Europe! Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the weight at checkout. For limited time only, any orders $250+ will be shipped free. (Please note any shipping over 2kg will need to contact us)

OUR RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us!
ALL products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, product damage may occur during the delivery process.
If you received a box with damaged items please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days with photos of damaged products.
A damaged box is not included as long as it has not affected the quality of the product inside.
We understand all individuals have different skin type, sensitiveness and although our products are very gentle, there are cases of skin irritation as an individual might react to a particular ingredient.
If you happen to have skin irritation caused by our product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days with photos showing skin irritation. Once reviewed, we will arrange for your item(s) to be returned - hassle free!
Please note: Pre-existing conditions of pimples, acne, allergy are not included.
Any single-use products including sheet masks, rubber masks, and bubble mesh masks that are already opened/used cannot be returned.
Shipping charges are not refunded.
